This Branch urgently needs an overhaul especially Young & Efficient staff. The ladies here are painfully slow and are least concerned with the ever growing queue. Have hardly seen the Manager step up and help at the counters. Even for the most basic transactions it takes forever.

RBC's this downtown Brampton branch is easy to access and just next to local transit stop. Not crowded. Each time I had visited, had to spent merely 10mins to get my work done. Staff are equally patient and generous.

Nothing against the staff, it's just the management which is just putting only 2 tellers on out of four and wasting precious time of the customers. Awful.

Horrible location. It seems like they are NEVER open and to make things worse, all the doors are locked and no access to the atm machine.When other banks are open on a normal day, this place is closed.What makes matters worse, there is not a single other royal bank for kilometers in all directions. There used to be a machine at queen and kennedy and they closed that location. Your only option is to go to a gas station and pay crazy fees there.

The slowest tellers, have to wait 30 mins in line and the tellers will talk non stop even though they see there is a line to the door. The lady with the long braids that sits at the end is very rude, condescending and not helpful at all.

This is the worst and most unprofessional branch I have ever had the displeasure of using. I would never use that location ever again in my life, poor service and very rude staff.
