After my order from skip never got delivered to my door I phoned the restaurant and talked to one of the owners They were closed for the night But when she found out I hadn't been able to get out for groceries made me a new order and delivered it at no cost to my place. I definitely will give JStax a 10 and get food from them again I will never use Skip again It is quite easy to figure out if your at an apartment style building you must push the buzzer to get in Thanks this lady is going to bed with a full stomach and pleasant thoughts of the grea personal customer service I received

My husband and I ordered from JStax last week and it was fantastic! It was so good, that we ordered from them the next day as well. I had the hot turkey sub and was impressed with the quality of the ingredients on it. Everything is homemade. And also how awesome is it that you can order a turkey sub with stuffing, and cranberry sauce anytime of the year…not just Christmas time?! I also tried my hubby’s poutine. Hands down the best poutine in town! The following night we tried the perogies and onion rings, they were also fantastic. I highly recommend this excellent eatery! Jstax, you guys have knocked it out of the park.

I would give a zero if I could. Phone number doesn’t work. Missing half our order. The other half was horrible. Why are you covering perogies in sauce, it makes them even colder then they already were. Fries not cooked. We had to finish cooking them in the air fryer. And cheese in the poutine not melted, ice cold. Missing our drinks and onion rings
