We have used Routes Property Services for snow removal for 2 seasons now. They are very customer service oriented. I know at the beginning of a snowfall when to expect them to arrive at my home and they provide ongoing email updates if the snowfall carries on longer than expected. We will continue to use Routes Property services and I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable snow removal services.

I've used this company for a full year with lawn maintenance in the summer and snow removal in the winter. Their communication is excellent letting me know if there is going to be a variation in my regular service date for grass cutting or when they anticipate being able to plow the driveway. I've also known the owner since he started cutting my grass in Aurora some 20 years ago! He recognized my phone number when I first contacted Routes.
