I must advise about this company; a great THANK YOU!!!!! Total quality service plumbing and heating, is exceptionally trustworthy and kindest of hearts.Few days before Christmas, our furnance went kaput and they came out to look and see the issue. Needed to order a part; unfortunately due to holidays would taken a few extra days to arrive and be able to repair furnace. With an extreme cold weather warning coming they offered on Christmas Eve to hand deliver electric heater until the problem could be resolved. (This is over 100km roundtrip for them) and they did that, also showing me how to re-light the pilot light on furnace as it kept going out randomly.They really go the extra mile....and I am thankful to Jordan and Brock; both for helping when they were OFF WORK enjoying their families after hours at like 9pm, they answered any questions or concerns I had.Chilliwack and valley, and hopefully everywhere would be grateful for a team of experience.TOTAL QUALITY CARE, ACHIEVED!

My husband called this company last night and they stated that the plumber would call us that evening however we never recieved a call back last night or today. I understand if the plumber is busy and yes, it is a last minute call however as a professional company, I would expect even a call back to simply say that they are too busy to take us on.

Made an appointment to have my A/C fixed on a Tuesday morning. Wife took the day off work, they never showed. I called and they told me that someone would call me right back. Nobody did. Very unprofessional. Going to call Chilliwack heating and air today.

Total Service is the best plumbing company I have ever worked work. They respond promptly and sta d behind their work. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
