TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Wonderful service at this branch. My 96 year old mother and I needed specialized help and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one. Mariam was also extremely helpful in discussing estate and proxy issues to be aware of. Thanks to Jamil too for juggling his schedule to accommodate us!

Customer service is really slow in this location.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing to make a wire transfer. The associate was trying to help, but there was another one who seemed to be a manager said this is a wire transfer you cannot just come last five minutes to make it because it is going to take a while" I said ok I will come back Thursday.My associate tried to help but I insisted that I do not want my money to be in a rush. What a rude manager?This branch is close to my home

I went in to this branch trying to get a new credit card as mine was compromised. The teller refered me to the female branch manager. This manager wasn't very polite, she seemed to be put out by having to do some work. She took my credit card into the back office, she came back 15 minutes later and told me that it would take a month to get another card. as I complained the male branch manager came out, never looked into what was going on. Agreed with the female branch manager. Both managers did absolutely nothing for me about getting another credit card. I went to my regular branch on Carling and Woodroffe, talked with a teller. The teller used to work for TD visa. He told me that visa wouldn't do that, (make me wait a month) The teller from my regular bank had my new card to me within days. The teller did more for me than two managers. I have been with TD for 40 years, I almost changed banks. I will never be back at TD bank at 2470 bank st. Poor service

Says open 7 days a week. , ATM NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY ?!

Atms locked with horrible access hours, and none on sundays. Why bank with td if you cant even access the money you worked hard for? With my work hours itll be extremely difficult to withdraw cash.

Saturday at 4:40 pm, staff was leaving and told me ATM is closed. Can't even self serve. I understand as I once saw someone sleeping in there. Solution: hire a security guard. With the costs of transaction fees, you can afford it! Your customer deserve better.

The place outside says open 7 days a week but I literally have not even once been able to use the green machine. I've never seen a TD machine ever been locked from the public and I'm almost certain this branch is never open

This bank is not respectful of appointments, and I came more than once and worked in a way. Well, I do not advise everyone to apply
