The staff were very friendly and helpful, even once they found out that I was not actually looking for a particular album, but instead an overly produced fan toys, meant for someone who doesn't even know what an album is. Sigh...

Helpful staff and they have a great selection of tshirts, CD's and gift items. My daughter is in to BTS and Sunrise had quite a few items. Most places you have to order online but Sunrise had the goods!

Store has gotten progressively worse for movies since it moved across the mall. I know it's not a movies-first store, but it used to have a great selection in the old spot by the food court. Nice shirt and collectible selection though. Friendly staff.

Awesome place to pick up CD's, vinyl and other goodies. Staff are super nice. Always a pleasure shopping there.

This store has the worst return policy I've ever seen. Bought a couple records from here and they ended up being scratched. Went back to the store and because they didn't have any copies left they said I'd have to wait for them to try and get copies to replace the scratched ones. Instead of just giving me store credit which any other store would have done, they did this. Will never buy anything from this store ever again. Its no wonder brick and mortar music are going out of business. With service like this I'll just buy my music on iTunes. Id rather shop at a real store believe me, but with service like this store has, I cant recommend it to anyone. Stay away.

I go there all the time, I love it there! Friendly staff take good care of me and are great to chat with. There are often sales on top of their already good prices, sadly the staff there cannot control the prices of lamps, that decision is made by others, others that dont own the place anymore. Maybe you should try it again, I like-it-a-lot

I shop here quite a bit. It's in a good location in the mall it's accessible to for everyone. They offer vinyl DVD CD music and movies. They offer some memorabilia movie,TV and music oriented.Pricing is usually pretty good and there are some good deals available. Some dvds are priced too high but for the most part reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer at this location for a number of years. Today I went in the store and saw a Doctor Who Lamp that was priced at $79.99. I checked and priced matched this product and any other retailer was selling this same lamp at $49.99. I called the store to confirm the price and mention the huge price difference. I was offered no information other that the response that is our price and that is that" You call that customer service. I will never go to this store for any future purchases."

My second home - extremely helpful staff; can find other products not found in store and have to ordered for you. Some CDs NEVER go on sale (like Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden) while other are cheap (Mr. Bungle, Green Day, Judas Priest).
