Enterprise Rent-A-Car
After getting a confirmation email and number, I called 3 times and left 2 msgs. Never got a call back, I had to go into store. Asked my question got a quick answer. Next morning when I show up to get the rental, I was told that there were no vehicles. Why would you send a confirmation email with a number if you don’t have vehicles available. Horrible customer service and the business runs on lies.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We rented cars from Enterprise twice because their service was superb. They were quick, easy, and hassle-free. We stayed at the hotel nearby and they dropped off the car both times.I travel for work and have been through many car rental companies, and I have to say that this branch is hands down the best one. Kudos to the staff here!

Excellent service - Matt and Mike went out of their way to drop off the rental car and do the paperwork in my driveway - leaving the car for me. Also - theyt dropped me off back at home when i dropped off the car.great service!!!
