What's not to like? Free parking and a spot always available right in front of or close to the door... bright, clean, good selection, friendly staff, never more than one person ahead of me at the cash, they always offer to carry your purchases out to your car. Unlike another reviewer I have never had a negative experience even though I have shopped there many times a year over the last 10 years. The prices are reasonable, and they have loyalty cards and specials regularly.

Great customer service. Staff knew what products to recommend. 3 stars because they didnt carry the brand of food i wanted for my fur babies.

Terrific prices and excellent choice(s) of cat trees. Surprisingly - they're more competitive than Walmart and/or Amazon.

Super friendly staffs, they are so nice and offered lots of treats to my dog and I had a pretty good experience on self serve bath.

Love this Mondou, sorry to see it closing the end of the month (August).The staff are amazing and can always find something to buy, usually another dog toy.Have been using Vet Diet just over a year now and very happy with my dogs health.

The store staff are SUPER knowledgeable.My husband and I walked in looking for toothpaste and a toothbrush for our cat. The store clerk started asking questions and informing us about the properties of the toothpaste and other products that contain the same properties to help with our cats dental issues. There was NO pressure to buy anything, just a lot of information that we went back home to research and it was all true! Love this store so much!

The only reason I don’t give it a 1 star is because one of the girls working there was really nice and actually helpful. I went in today at 9 am with my sister (who is a professional groomer) to give my dog a bath and from the get-go one of the girls working there was extremely rude and condescending. Everything was fine until I went to ask her if they had any paper towels because the brown paper doesn’t absorb water very well, which isn’t a problem at our regular Mondou, but here apparently they only have brown paper which is fine. But instead of just saying that they only have brown paper she instead told me in a very rude way to, and I quote, “Next time maybe you should bring your own paper towels”. Okay, rude but whatever, we tried to clean up as best we could with what we had. After we were done with the room, she went in and rudely told (not asked) us to clean up better, we tried to explain that we tried the best we could to clean up but our dog had a lot of hair, hence why we asked for different paper towels, and she told us to “maybe you should try harder” and she even told us to use our fingers to clean the dog hair. I’m sorry but I not going to use my finger to clean because you were incapable to providing proper cleaning materials, in fact the two spray bottles were completely empty. However the other girl was able to give us a duster to help us clean which we really appreciated, instead of being an unhelpful, rude and condescending person like her coworker. We have been clients of Mondou for many years and we have never encountered anyone with such bad customer service skills and just an overall rude, terrible attitude. It saddens me that I will no longer be doing business with this Mondou until a formal apology is received from this worker. Please do not do business here, instead go to the Mondou on Sources, the people there are lovely, helpful and will not treat you like garbage.

I am always amazed at how helpful and nice the staff is at this store. It's clean and bright, you are always welcomed with a smile and a question of how can I help you, and then they actually do! The service is amazing, and the staff is always very knowledgeable. A really warm place to shop.

Usually Good but I had a bad experience with 2 different sales people in different stores, were very opinionated about my choices in products. I had to tell one of them to just give me what I wanted, I have done my research and thank You!! I'm very happy they offer raw food that seems to be of great quality and reasonably priced.

Neighbourhood pet supply store. Variety of brands and products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are moderate and Mondou offers a frequent buyers program to obtain points on future purchases.
