This dental office is ridiculous. I made an appointment for my 2 younger kids yesterday and was told it would be 30 min each end up take almost 4 hrs. Than my older 2 went in this morning and my daughter said she has tooth pain in 3 teeth and the hygienist ignored her and to top it off the hygienist barley spoke any English couldn't understand any being said to her she just replied yes yes yes did a cleaning no xrays nothing the dentist wasn't even in the office ... now my daughter is still in pain and they don't care worst office ever do not recommend this location for children...

My daughter and I have been going to Connexion Dental for several years now and over all, I’ve been quite pleased with the service we’ve received. My daughter has quite a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist; a few years ago, she had a less than pleasant experience with a dental hygienist who lacked empathy when she started having a panic attack during a routine cleaning, and were subsequently referred to a pediatric dentist who could better meet her needs. However, we returned to Connexion Dental yesterday for a routine cleaning and thanks to the kindness, patience and attention they gave my daughter, she had an extremely positive experience. The receptionists, dental hygienist and dentist were all wonderful and ensured she was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Based on this visit, I would highly recommend their office.

They billed my insurance company with missing information back in 2020 for some dental service. They then reached out to me 2 years later to inform me that my insurance provider didn't cover their portion and I had to pay out of pocket because that same missing information that I had no idea about wasn't provided. Yes, 2 Years Later! They then threatened to send my account to collections if I didn't pay within 2 weeks after informing me of this. I eventually paid out of pocket at my own expense due to connection dental's negligence. I did not get reimbursed by my insurance provider due to their 12-month claim policy. This could have been easily avoided if connection dental simply informed me to submit the missing info in a timely manner. Congrats, you just lost a client

The minute I walked into the dental office I felt completely at ease. The reception was very friendly, warm and courteous. I was accompanied to the office by the hygienist and had a wonderful conversation. She was kind and considerate and very professional. When the dentist came in to do his exam he explained everything to me perfectly and I felt well cared for and well informed. The entire experience from reception to the cleaning and exam was the best care I feel that I have ever had sitting in a dental chair. Even the other staff that were engaged with other patients took the time to smile and welcome me to the clinic. I highly recommend Healthy Smiles clinic.

I have had several, really great experiences at Connexion Dental!I felt welcomed in as soon as I came to their office. They have a very warm, friendly staff. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients because try to get to know you and they listen really well. When I left my teeth felt amazing because they use the best equipment and are very gentle. I would highly recommend them because they'll take excellent care of you.

10/10 would not recommend. Had an appointment booked for 12:50 for a severe tooth ache from an infection that I’ve had for 7 days and still wasn’t seen by 2:00. Was told at 2:00, it would be another hour wait. Had people come in after me and they even went in before me even though they were in little to no pain.Does not care about their clients and their pain.

Excellent service. No waiting, kind and courteous reception. My dentist was obviously very experienced and friendly too.I felt like I was in good hands and didn't worry about procedure removing tough stubborn molar.I can't pronounce my dentist last name but his first name is Charles and he's excellent, I would recommend to anyone.

I called this clinic cause I have a severe toothache, and I asked if they have availability for an emergency appointment, the lady said yes and made me an appointment on the same day.When I reach the office I filled in the papers with my insurance info, then I went with the dental assistant I mentioned to her before starting anything and I was very clear to check if my insurance covered that cause I don’t have any money to pay. She said we will do it and send the bill to your insurance company.When the doctor came he looked into the tooth and mentioned it will need a root canal, so I have to make an appointment, I told him I am in real pain, and he just offered to freeze the tooth and advised me to have Advil (even though I mentioned that I took Advil and it’s not helping at all).After they finished their diagnosis, they asked me to go make an appointment.The lady (receptionist who also made my appointment from the beginning) said the next appointment will be after 16 days - why on earth do all the xrays and diagnostics when you didn't have an appointment anytime soon? (Even though I said it was an emergency on the phone).She then asked me to pay $208 for the x-ray and diagnosis. I told her that I talked to the assistant before starting any procedure that I don't have money and sent my bill to the insurance.She said the assistant doesn't know (that's not my problem) and this clinic is the worst, they just want to do this to take the money and they really don't care about their patients or anything.I will make a complaint against them to every competent authority including RCDSO for not being clear, scamming, wasting my time and money, and more importantly not considering my severe toothache or my case seriously.

My dental hygienist, Brittany, is fantastic. She is professional and courteous. My bottom teeth are very sensitive and I have never felt any discomfort or pain while she cleans them.

I was a happy client since the day it became Connexion many years ago. I had a small balance after what my insurance covered on my last treatment, and didn't realize it, which is entirely my fault for not looking into it. What I can't accept is that they sent my balance to a collections agency without a single call or email to warn me. I would have paid on the spot, but now my personal finances are threatened. I am moving my family to another dentist immediately.
