TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I came in with my elderly mother to our appointment we had made only to stand and watch 3 staff members stare at their computer screens telling me I didn't make the appointment and that we would have to come back at a better time for them. This process took them 25 minutes to figure out , made to feel like it was our fault we didn't have their confirmation number and not once apologized for the mishap. I've never been in a bank that was so unorganized and so unprofessional. Very unimpressed to say the least. Will be switching banks due to unprofessional ism.

Banks make SO much money, why not hire more people for busy times.

I've been with TD my entire life.I came in to discuss loan options back in December, and since then it's been a task to get any sort of reply or information from them. I now haven't received a reply in over a month and have given up trying. Abhinav honestly didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. Maybe he wasn't provided with sufficient training. Regardless, this is no way to do business and I am now looking at other banking options for the future.

Been waiting to hear back from one of the employees after an appointment, which I was told would take a few days, it’s now been 2 weeks, I’ve sent two follow up emails and STILL no reply. Terrible customer service…. Take your banking elsewhere, im even considering it. *update* moved to scotia bank & haven’t had issues with them. TD didn’t wanna give me an unlocked credit card over $500 after having it for over a year, scotia handed me one with a $9,000 limit.

I was in and out in 5 minutes for a deposit including foreign currency. Not sure what the racist reviews are about - the work space was culturally diverse and everyone treated with respect.

Scott Ranson has been my small business account manager for a year. He is on top of it - professional, responsible, diligent. Returns calls right away. Very happy with his assistance.Somebody give this man a raise.

Good service, friendly and knowledgeable from front line staff (tellers/CSR) to the peopel working investments... they truly take care of their clientele... It used to be faster service at the tellers before but i believe they can do more now than before making it the slightly longer wait times - if you can use the atms or drive through to do your business even better and they they night deposit boxes too that come in so handy with zero wait!

I only go into the building about 2 times a year but it's always the same . The bank is hard to get to, have to go through a few parking lots to get there. Then there is the long line. 12 people in line ahead of me. 2 tellers. Waited 45 minutes to do something that took about 5 minutes to do. They don't respect that their customer's time is valuable. When I sent a text message to TD then I had to justify why I needed to go into the bank instead of on-line banking. Really disappointed in the staffing levels there. Seems to be consistent. Poor management for sure

Don't come here unless you have too much time to deal with the unprofessional staff and manager. You need to try your best to work with them, even if you are following their instructions, keeping coming to the branch many times in person to do as what they required, trying to talk to them nicely, explaining to them in detail and be patient, you still need to be careful try not to get into an argument with them because they will never ever let you win, and at the end they still cannot finish as what you were required or submitted.

I called this bank for information cuz I live outside of the country. The man I spoke to was rude. I explained to him the situation of my debit card and asked if I could activate it anywhere. He gave me an explanation and I just repeated it back the explanation to make sure I understood him correctly. He was still rude to me. I said thank you for your great customer service. And then he hung up on me. I've had this bank account for 20 plus years. I'm not sure but somebody needs to do customer service training for bank employees because who would want to deal with the bank that has rude employees. The employees need to realize that if it wasn't for the customers money in the Bank they would not have a job.
