Every time I visit the mall, I check out this store. I always seem to find something new that appeals to me. The place has a welcoming vibe and it is very soothing to browse their selection. The prices are reasonable. What I like most, however, is the exceptional customer service. The amazing staff go out of their way to help you out and ensure you have a very positive shopping experience.

The selection was amazing and so were the prices. Only downside is that I felt like I was being watched like a halk under suspicion of stealing when I was looking around. Unsure if my demeanor was off or if it was because of my age and appearance. But once I started putting crystals in a basket to buy it lessened and the owners were very nice.Edit: Im a regular now and the owners are incredibly sweet and overall I love the store and selection:)

I love going to this metaphysical store in Coquitlam Centre. There is always something great that I find. The store owner Kapil Sharma is very knowledgeable and will even custom order what you need. His knowledge of stones, spirituality, Vaastu and astrology always make it a pleasure visiting his store and having some soulful conversations.

I was so happy that Kachvi Crystals opened up in Coquitlam Centre because if you've been there you'd know that they sell such beautiful and good quality crystals and jewelry! The store owner is literally so nice and I stop by every time I go to the mall, even if I plan on just window shopping<33 Also, I personally LOVE purchasing their bracelets and necklaces! -Arianna

They sell counterfeit tarot decks (including a counterfeit of a deck a friend made) and when it was brought to their attention they didn’t care.I refuse to support a business who does not stand behind artists and the items that they painstakingly create. This is morally wrong, period. Do better Kachvi.

I absolutely love the store and the owner is very nice. I've bought at least half of my crystals there and every time I go I buy more. They have necklaces, bracelets, trees, pendulums and so much more and they are all at a reasonable price. If you live in Coquitlam or are just visiting I highly recommend going there.
