TL;DR - this place doesn't read req forms and may send your data anywhere (if at all.)Beware of their radiology department. They seem very professional, but turn out to be extremely careless. Had an Xray completed here - they sent it to somone. Whomever it was, it wasn't my Doctor. Went in to followup, and they think they sent it to some random doctor in Toronto that has the same last name as mine (wrong city by 200km, wrong first name.)Some random number they found on Google was a better choice to fax to than the number on the requisition form.Last time I checked, faxing information to random people constituted a breach of Private Information which is supposed to be protected by PIPEDA - when this mentioned, Bernadette who I was dealing with could only muster a shoulder shrug of disinterest and a 'sorry'.Even worse, when I asked for a hard-copy so I could fax it directly, they said they can't because it's against their policy - it wasn't until I said I wasn't confident in their ability to send it before they got their managers approval" to give me my own medical records.The end result
