Pros:- the staff, maintenance, custodian, security guard are all very kind, friendly and helpful.- the 4 1/2 (corner) is very large and spacious- Location, Location, LOCATION - this is so close to everything you'll ever want/need; restaurants, groceries, Canada post, gyms, and the list goes on.- Depending on the floor the view is absolutely stellar. You can actually see Mont Royal from the corner apartments.- Lots of services offered now and being offered in the future to the tenants (gym, indoor pool, bbq terrace, green space, business centre...)Cons:-Fire alarm system is too sensitive and goes off frequently. Problem is getting so bad people don't leave their homes because they don't beleive it's a real fire.- people leave their walmart shopping carts in the hallways by the elevator - real classy- Some poor design choices, the building should have gone with central air conditioning but instead the builders decided to cheap out.

I would like to share that even if at the end I didnt signed for a lease as I decided to move to Mt Royal, but they were very welcoming and very instuctive in showing us the available options and the prices, etc.. Thanks a lot Hassan for your professionalism.

This project is everything I was looking for in condo living. Having lived in Urbania 2 for the past 6 years which felt like a ghost town, Equinoxe and the neighborhood are more vibrant, multicultural, and multigenerational. The condos are well insulated. Jade and the entire staff are very helpful and supportive. I was looking for something to complain about, but I couldn't find one except for the absence of recycling facilities at floor level. Other than that, everything is good so far. It was a fantastic idea not to have a kitchen island; I always found them useless. My only suggestion would be to have instructors come and provide private swimming, musical, and art courses to the residents and their children. This would make better use of these dedicated rooms that we have

Nothing ready since March 2020 when they opened their doors to tenants. All false promises for things that have never been built. There is a gym 30% the size of what is advertised. There is no pool, it doesn't exist. They received a deposit after giving promises of all of these things in-person as well as on paper. Mail? Mail and packages are stolen DAILY from this building. There is absolutely ZERO security and they pretend to have 24/7 security in the building. Look up the building in the media and the news recently, look at all the events that happen in and around the building. Garbage everywhere, it's never picked up. Walmart carts in the building hallways daily. This is the most unprofessional and careless money grab condo you could ever sign up for. I hope all tenants that still live there get together to receive compensation from this building and collect it all back. Avoid living here at all cost. Spend your money elsewhere, the lobby is the only thing from their promotions that exists because it's all they have to lure people in. Don't fall for it.

Unfinished project! It’s been more than a year living here and the building is not even completed: no pool, small gym, second tower incomplete. So disappointing.

We lived here for a year and we can't wait to get out of here. The management is the worse I've ever experienced. By call or email, you can't get any service. I've been asking for my RL-31 copie for almost 2 months now. Finally got an answer this week saying I can gt a copy at the reception. Problem is: there's never anyone there. Worse of all, the COVID distanciation rules are not enforced. People not wearing mask (including the staff), elevators jammed, public spaces opened... It's a nightmare!!! Even moving out is a problem. I had to call 4 times to be able to reserve an elevator. Everytime, I'm told no one called to reserve... It's pathetic and they really don't care about their tenants.Do yourselves a huge favor and run away from this place; it's not worth the money you will have to spend on rent. There're WAY better options in this area.

Incredible staff, wonderful management, very attentive and ensures the safety and respect of all tenants. Very clean building, good access and facilities. If I could, I’d add a 6th star. Thank you for everything!

terrible customer service, they don't care about the tenants, after a year it's still not full and people are attracting to move out. the cops are ALWAYS are the building and the administration won't tell you why!!! no security at all. it's really NOT haute gamme like they say, don't waist money there!!!

I have been living here since December and really enjoy it. The building is very clean and well made. I enjoy the fact that there is always someone at the reception and a security agent at night. The lobby is super nice and there is also a nice lounge. My unit is spacious and very quiet.

Avoid this building at all cost. Nothing is ready, nothing was ever ready to begin with when they started taking deposits and rent. They pretend to have security 24/7 enforcing facemasks during the pandemic? There is no security. Everyone is walking into elevators without masks disrespecting those who are wearing masks. Equinoxe doesn't care about luxury living or the persons renting out their apartments, they just want money upfront.No one answers e-mails, not one person answers. They shuffle their staff around to keep pointing the blame on others. We have all saved e-mails from managers" of this place with timelines and dates that have all been lies. We were told the pool would have been ready at the end of 2020
