Sunday's Off Pool Company

I was looking to pay them. However I guess they don't want to make any money or care about their customers whose left 2 voice mails and even contacted them through their main website. Nice way to advertise yourself, but don't return your consumers voice mails and emails. Don't even bother calling back. Won't be doing business with you.

Scott at Sunday's Off was extremely professional. He listened to want we wanted then gave us several option's to consider. He took his time to explain to us the entire process from start to finish. We were extremely happy throughout the whole process especially the final product. I would recommend Scott & Sunday's Off anytime!!

Haven’t returned my father in law’s calls for several days had issues with them last year as well. Not impressed and it’s now June and we have yet to have a clean pool cover! Not to mention the pool hasn’t even been chemically treated. He’s a long time customer who built his pool with them sad to see him be treated this way.

Scott is very professional and made our pool maintenance easy, plus it kept our pool in great shape for the whole summer.

Looking for a pool company. Left 2 separate messages on 2 different days asking for a return call. Never received a response. Maybe they do not want new business or are no longer in business??

Sundays Off Pools replaced my pool liner. The crew was fast, friendly and provided me with fair pricing.

I hired (paid for the full maintenance season-$3100) and was happy to know this company/Scott London/owner built our pool. However we have since learned Mr. London installed our pool equipment within a potential (25% possibility) flood zone. Our pool equipment has repeatedly been submerged in water. Scott said it would dry out. He also said he would help elevate the equipment (at my cost). When I asked repeatedly for a plan and cost to elevate Scott finally admits he could not nor would not fix our pool equipment. He unilaterally cancels our maintenance plan and has yet to refund me ANY of my money. No one from his office has returned my calls. I will be taking him and Sunday’s Off to conciliation court if this isn’t resolved by mid July.Good thing: Great maintenance staff when they were here were always helpful and professional.

My Fiancé and I have both been in touch via phone and email with Tricia regarding Sundays Off to come out and close our pool for the winter. We were supposed to have our pool measured on Monday, then to start to process at the end of the month for closing. It’s now Wednesday and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I do not understand why it’s so difficult to stick to an appointment or at the very least call and reschedule. It should not be left up to the customer to constantly reach out to see where things are in the process. I understand that things come up, but when running a business communication and customer service should be your top priority.

My pool renovation looks great! I strongly recommend Sunday's Off for any pool-related needs.
