Owner is not pleasant to be around or to answer any inquiries. She seems as if you are bothering her with your questions. I only go here because there is a Salon of lovely ladies that make me feel safe and welcome.

OMG!!! This lady should retire, she is so rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Couple years back she caught two black girls stealing, her camera took pictures of the two girls and she posted it in her store. I do not blame her for doing that because one should not steal, they were wrong to do that. Every time I go there she makes me feel Iike I'm there to steal, and she talks to you in a very unpleasant manner, barely looking at you, no smile, just a mean ugly face. Well, thank god I can get my hair on line and I found another store that sells exactly the hair that I use. I will never ever set foot in your store again. Remember you are not the only black hair store in Scarborough, and all the other store owners are very pleasant and nice to deal with, have cheaper and better products. I can see your husband is very afraid of you, whenever she's not in the store he says hello and greet you but never when she's in the store. Who's wearing the pants?

been to this store and got the best help with products that will help my hair issues. i even got samples and recommend a lot of family and friends. great staff and owner.

I love this store, they have hard to find products and provide great customer service. I particularly like the guy that works here, he is such a godsend, always goes the extra mile for the customer. Highly recommend.

The female owner of the store acts like she has some kind of mental health issue or PTS. I went there to pick up some hair colour. I opened my purse to find out what colour to purchase, I had the colour code written on a piece of paper. She jumped out of nowhere and almost gave me a heart attack! My 5 year old daughter was terrified of her!!! I think she thought because I opened my purse and I am a visible minority that I intended to steal!!!The products sold in that store are mostly made in China of poor quality and are sold for much higher price than other beauty supply stores in the neighbourhood.I do not feel comfortable shopping there. I will not go back there and I advise others not to go, as you can easily be accused for stealing!!!!!

packed with every curly hair and beauty essentials you could possibly ask for. store is cleaned well organized, and all the products are reasonably priced. my sister and i have been looking around for a good supply store near us for our curly hair products and we’ve definitely found our new favourite! highly recommend!
