I have nothing bad to say about the carpet guys, I scheduled an appointment they came out we set the date in 3 days my new carpet was installed, Gus was the best,on time,professional and knew his job, thanks again I will be calling for your service again soon,also a big shout out to his crew they know their stuff and they get the job done!!!

We love our new carpet! Mauricio, Jose and Felipe were wonderful today! On time, very cordial, and thorough. It was very important for me that floor was very clean in between removing the carpet and the new carpet going in, and they were super careful and patient with me! Very happy and I would definitely recommend them!

Would give zero stars if that's an option. We have scheduled two separate estimate appointments, and both appointments they sent the rudest salesperson we have encountered. Ever. The first one was aggressive and demanded commitment at the appointment. The second one was 1 hour late.When he showed up, I was already on a scheduled work call. I stepped out from my call to explain to him that I was expecting the appointment to be earlier and that now I'm on a work call, and the guy just said, Well

I currently live in Milan in a house that was built in 1899 which means that carpet installation can sometimes be a bit tricky in these older houses as you never know the condition of the floor underneith. Brian gave me a wonderful price to remove and replace the old carpet and padding. Joe my installer was very professional and did a great job! He was even able to get the carpeting on my stairs so that my hidden stair compartment for shoes could still open and close. They were really great the entire step of the way.

After another carpet company tried to get a deposit for us without committing to an installation date, and when pressed admitted that they were not able to meet our scheduling needs, we called The Carpet Guys. We got a better carpet for a better price, with prompt installation. We also got much better advice about our needs and the preparation that we needed to do before installation to avoid later problems, which we did not get from the 'competitor'.
