Parking Facilities | City of Fredericton | Starting July 1, the cost of parking in the downtown is going up. The rate increase was approved by Council during the 2023 budget process. Here’s what you can expect to pay per hour: ON AND OFF-STREET PARKING RATES METER TYPE / PAY STATION LOCATION CURRENT RATE RATE AS OF JULY 1ST, 2023 30 minute meter $1.00 per half hour $1.50 per half hour 1 hour meter $1.75 per hour

For over 10 years I thought this parking garage was free evenings and weekends, just got a parking ticket for parking here at 11:30 AM on a Saturday. Guess it’s a paid 24 hour parking garage. Maybe put up a sign!
