Don’t bother renting. Kitchen sink clogged, and btw no proper stove in the kitchen which was never mentioned while booking. Washroom sink clogged. Shower leaking and spewing water everywhere onto the toilet and surrounding walls.Whole place smelled like cigarettes even though it states non smoking.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was stylish, comfortable, and very clean. Plus, it came equipped with anything we might need (kitchenwares, shower essentials, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

This place is disgusting. The entire house was filthy when we got there, the whole place smelled of cigarettes, and all the linens were stained. The reality looked nothing like the pictures.

Stayed at Boardwalk Homes' hotel rooms and private houses. Beautifully designed and super convenient. Houses are clean and modern. The staff really helpful. Great communication and very quick to respond.

What a sketchy establishment. Someone should inform city bylaw, I don't think this is a legit guest house.
