Horrible experience with realtor Ashley. Set up two viewings for a lease and she canceled 10 minutes before the appointment and rescheduled for the next day only to stand us up and make us wait around for her to never show up. I’m shocked that she thinks that’s appropriate behaviour. Wouldn’t answer my calls or my texts. Least she could have done was cancel the appointment instead of standing us up.

We had Corey Mariuz as our Buying agent and let's just say we were more than happy and comfortable having him look at suitable homes for our family.In this crazy Seller's market, any agent can be a seller but it takes real skills to be a Buyer's agent because you have to work against the market tide and that is exactly what Corey did. His knowledge about the Windsor-Essex market is outstanding and he actively negotiated on our behalf. He was always there for us and we never felt pushed or pressured to buy a home. He was patient and caring and most important of all, he understood what exactly we were looking for. Thank you Corey for everything!

Just purchased a home with the assistance of Mary Morrison . All I can say is WOW!!!! She is incredible. Being from out of town made things very difficult, especially with the ways of the current market. We were only able to come to the area every other weekend but Mary would look at homes during the week on our behalf and provide honest feedback with photos. Correspondence with Mary was always very quick, regardless of time. She made herself or one of her team members available to us when we made last minute changes. First time I spoke with Nicole Wang Iimmediately connected with her. I'm a first time home buyer's who has millions questions.I know the process will be stressful and long. Specially with my little budget, finding ahouse could be impossible. Nicolewas patient enough to repeat 2-3 times all the details.She was able to informed me all the process, the termand what we need to do step by step.When I met Nicole for the first time to see some houses her professionalism took me by surprise. She remembered every detail we talk about. I felts like weknow each other for at least 5 years.She have all the listing printed out and the time we should visit them. During that visit, I met Fang Zhang for the first time. Those 2 are simply amazing, Fang was the brave one to look at those creepy basement for me without hesitation.
