I called Enercare for a problem in 2 electrical plugs on the kitchen wall. A technician was scheduled right away and came next day. Matt called me before coming to my home. He diagnosed and fixed the electrical plugs within 10 minutes. Matt demonstrated great professionalism and very knowledgeable in electrical matters. I am extremely satisfied with his services. Had an electrical issue that needed to be taken care of. We had a electrician from Enercare Matt C who showed up on time. Called well in advance to tell us he was coming. The guy was very professional and did an amazing job in no time. The quality of work was awesome and very clean. I would definitely give a 5 stars for him. Thank Roy Inch & Enercare

Jacob did a great job inspecting our air conditioner and cleaning the evaporator coil. He was friendly and worked quickly and answered any questions i had. I am very happy with Ener care and its technicians like Jacob.

We had an issue with our Enercare Water Heater rental right before the Canada Day long weekend. Tony from Roy Inch & Sons team, representing Enercare was in touch with us as promised by Enercare customer service and was out to our home the same day to access the situation. Based on Tony's help and his boss Ed they quickly made a plan to fix the issue and the repair was made Saturday morning!!! Absolutely outstanding service from Tony and the Enercare Team!!!

Spent $11,000 on a furnace ac combo November 30 2021 called June 27th about warranties they said that the unit doesn’t have warranty I won’t use a company that doesn’t stand by the products they use call someone else and save your money!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We purchased an air conditioner from them. They talked us into paying for a care plan with our A/C that included yearly maintenance (we pay monthly for it and it includes maintenance and repair). They didn’t show up for the first maintenance appointment and I’ve called several times since then and they have never called me back…so basically they’re just stealing money from us every month.Highly recommend NOT using this company, as they’ve gone downhill since being bought out by Enercare. They definitely don’t care about their customers at all.

So shady. The agent on the phone lied to me and signed me up for a contract after I explicitly told him I wanted to think it over and refused repeatedly when he offered to sign me up. I called to schedule an annual service inspection and was informed that my furnace maintenance contract had expired when Roy Inch was bought out by Enercare. I asked about getting the furnace coverage back, and asked him to send me information, but he told me this was not possible and that the only way to get information way by signing up for the contract. This was obviously not true and was confirmed by another service representative today. He told me I should just sign up and would have 10 days to cancel, but I did not want to. His English was awful, so I decided to call back and talk to someone else. He kept trying to persuade me to sign the contract, but I said I didn't want to, clearly enough that even someone with his poor English skills would have understood my meaning. He also indicated his understanding. Then, today I got an email informing me I have been signed up for a contract. I was never a big fan of Roy Inch, but at least they weren't telling obvious lies and resorting to shady business tactics like Enercare now seems to be.

Great service! The tech who arrived at our house today was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain the problem to me. Brad had the problem fixed quickly and helped to explain the process for obtaining a new water heater. Very helpful!
