Dina was very helpful, knowledgable & accommodating. I needed to have my 2 pairs of glasses within a week & she put a rush on it & made that happen. She also put in my insurance claim directly which saved me the hassle of doing it myself. Excellent experience! It was my first time going to Hakim & I would definitely recommend it.

I needed prescription glasses for my daughter. It is her first pair of glasses and Dina was very patient in helping her to pick out the pairs my daughter liked best. I was also happy that two pairs were the same price at Hakim Optical as what I was going to have to pay for one pair elsewhere. Very thankful for this positive experience!

Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful..Place need to be wheelchair accessible for people with disabilities.

Dina did an excellent job with my progressives and reading glasses. Both pairs were ready quickly and the progressives were PERFECT. I had other progressives made at another place that were AWFUL, with the vision fields placed far too low and narrow on the lenses. I will go back to Dina again in future when I need new glasses!

Not even worth a one star. I went here for an eye exam, and so very disappointed with the service.First, my appointment was for 3:30, and I got in at 3:50- which was fine.But when I went in, the optometrist looked very unprofessional...he was wearing a pair of sandals!! He didn't speak English very well and didn't know what he was doing. He is a middle eastern man named Mansour. He checked my eyes twice because he was so unsure. Going over the whole procedure twice. He kept writing and crossing over his notes and wrote a new one. When he checked the nerves on my eyes, his hand nearly poked my left eye!! I should have walked out at this point but I stayed...my fault. And then I asked him if my prescription has changed, and he said yes. But on my receipt he wrote my old prescription, and when I asked him, he just said..oh yes

The customer service here is awful and should be looked into. Phone etiquette seems like it’s gone the way of the do-do and maybe needs a bit of fine tuning. If you can’t help someone there is no reason you need to be rude with them.

I’ve worked with Dina at Hakim Optical twice now and had a wonderful experience both times. Dina helped me choose my first ever bifocals, and I was very comfortable with the Covid protocols. More recently, Dina helped me get the same prescription with transitional lenses (which are terrific). While I was there, Dina adjusted the fit and did a full clean on my older pair. Very professional service.

Great service. Friendly staff. Dina was really nice and helped me choose my sunglasses, she also took care of glasses for my two sons.
