Was so very very disappointed! We haven't been to a Arbys in years we have none in our area. So after a long drive home from Calgary we decided to pull in and have a good old fashion Arby's burger with roast beef sauce and cheese. Unfortunately it had no cheese very little beef and the sauce did not taste anything like it used to. Customer service was great. But unfortunately like everywhere else the food seems to have gone down it's like these fast food restaurants don't seem to take pride and what they're making anymore. But then again it always comes down to the almighty dollar doesn't it?

Staff have always been friendly and service is great. Food has always been fresh and hot, be it take out or dine in. One of the best fast food" restaurants in Cranbrook in my opinion."

I've never had a fast food experience like this before! The staff are so great! They bring your food to your table, come to your table to check on you, they take away your garbage and more! Arby's is great as it is, but this experience was fantastic! Definitely did not expect this from a fast food restaurant!

This place has a very good staff with positive attitudes.Its unfortunate that I didn’t like my experience here at all.The place was empty.The Roast Turkey Swiss I ordered was not nice , it wasn’t done well, tasted normal nothing extra ordinary.the only food I enjoyed was the curly fries and drinking Fanta.
