Chicopee Hills Animal Hospital

Had to get one of my cat's teeth removed since it was chipped. Everyone that I have met on the staff has been wonderful and they check in to make sure the recovery is going well. Highly recommend!

Our dog suffered from seizures. The support and care we got was amazing. Dr. Croft and Dr. Lee have such compassion that we were able to get through the tough times. The staff is wonderful, and it's the best place to go to in Kitchener.

Professional services, friendly reception, my cat is definitely a big fan of Dr. Ellie!

I took my kitten Bailey to get her soft claws put on. The staff were great! Many thanks to Jade for taking good care of her. Bailey and I will be back :)

This vet office is amazing.. They took great care of my darling boy Not Spot (rat) very polite and professional knowledgeable about rats..They even called a few days later to check on Not Spot to see if he was feeling better From now on my babies including my cats and dogs will only go see the vets at this place. Thank you Chicopee for being the best vet clinic around ...prices are very reasonable:)

This is a very good clinic. Veterinarians are very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The fees are not ridiculous like the corporate owned offices. Highly recommend this clinic for your pets!

Dr. Croft & Cowper, along with the team, are the most professional, fair, empathetic, and caring people. We have an Australian Shepard, a white short hair cat (16 years), and recently transitioned our 19.5 year old tuxedo short-hair cat, Cyrus to his forever rest, after a loving, and nurturing palliative regime, set out by Dr. Croft. Our other family members visit Chicopee Hills with our other family pets too, and we all just love the easy to understand approach this animal hospital has with their clients and patients. Nothing but trust, love, and a great appreciation from us, to have Chicopee Hills Animal Hospital as our Veterinarian Care Center.

Dr. Cowper is an awesome vet. We brought our puppy in and she answered all of our questions, gave us advice on raising him, and explained everything very clearly. We couldn’t be more happy with her and her team. Our dog loves her and her staff too!

I love Chicopee, the staff, technicians, and especially Dr. Wiseman. There is a culture of care for both patients and their owners. My bengal cat Geoffrey has some special needs, and they’ve saved his life twice in a way that inspires a lot of confidence and calm in me while dealing with the crisis. Dr. Wiseman (and Jade, Maddy, Ann, Brenda, everyone!) has gone far above and beyond to help ensure I’m informed and comfortable making decisions about his care, and truly it feels like I am working with her and her team as a part of the team.
