It was amazing afternoon riding by the Niagara on the lake with my husband. Going wine tasting as well.

Google should remove this or state that it is closed. The company has made several attempts to reach out to Google maps to have this removed. They should let everyone know there are no bikes or returns at this location. Very disappointing

If you want a nice view of the whirlpool Niagara river or even the Falls you can rent one of their bikes and there's a walking biking trail that runs from the Falls and all along the Niagara parkway and their bikes are vary well cared for clean comfortable and smooth operating and extremely reasonable rates so check it out you won't regret it

I had a very bad experience with them. Eventually we didn't rent the bikes we booked because this rental location in Niagara Falls was closed. They said that they left me a message telling me that it was closed but received none. When I called their solution was to call a cab and reach their rental location in Niagara on the lake. They didn't even bothered to send someone so that we could rent the bikes.

Super fun! My wife and I rented out a tandem bike and road along the Niagara river, it was a blast! The people at Zoom Bike rentals were super helpful, pointed out on the map which route to take and were very cheerful! We would recommend this place if you want to rent a bike in downtown Niagara to see the sites! :) the price is good too! Only 40 bucks for the two of us for 3 hours, worth it!

Bike didn't work. Support said Samsung and Pixel don't work but we tried an iphone and it still didn't work.

We have been renting bikes from Zoom for years and they used to be excellent. It looks like the business changed hands last year and the new operators turned a wonderful experience to a nightmare. Their attendants are irresponsible and poorly trained teenagers, who provide wrong information, perform unauthorized credit card transactions (they add charges to your credit card without your authorization!!!) and ruin your experience. My daughter and I went for mothers day last May. We called and asked whether their aerocart location was open. It was closed and they offered to deliver bikes. I asked if there would be a charge for delivery and received the most clear response that delivery to aerocart location would be free. They charged my credit card for $20 without my consent because they figured it was a chargeable service. They delayed delivery of the bikes by 2 (!!!!) hours, overcharged for time. One of the bikes broke. They made us wait for too long for help. The girl who arrived to the scene did not bring a replacement bike. She did not know what to do and suggested that I walk with a 9 year child several kilometers to our car. She called her supervisor and instead of calling us a taxi, as they were supposed to do, they drove us illegally in their minivan with the 9 y.o. in the front seat and an adult in the cargo department on the floor (the seats were removed) with a bike falling on me at every turn. They eventually returned all the money for this experience. Never again.
