A very poor service that basically leads to nothing but a waste of time, very discriminating agents, they will never show and send you a non-significant answer at the end. Don't recommend anybody to go through their fake process!!!!

These bureaucrats have no sense of service, support nor empathy. Suggest you do not waste your time.

I suffer from a mental illness and in connection to a case of discrimination based on Gender Identity with a Hospital (MUHC) that placed a patient being a man in the same room as me. I'm a transgender woman. I reported the issue to CDPDJ over a year ago with clear evidence audio recordings" and have emails of the hospital acknowledging what they interpret as error that won't happen again. CDPDJ hasn't even begun with helping me. The case has only just recently been assigned to a person who is classified as an investigator but really has no credentials when it comes to knowledge of the law. I'm hopeful things can at least get to the point where I can take the issue to the Human Rights Tribunal (Alone) before I act on suicide because it's not worth living in this world. Society apparently doesn't fund enough for the function of CDPDJ to actually administer protecting minorities that have been wronged. I know my life is meaningless because the world is just deterministic and free will doesn't exist. But I like to believe this review will make the world better for someone else that might ever be in my situation."

Their investigators treat cases with a very narrow and myopic definition of discrimination. If you get M.Bouliane as your investigator, consider your case lost, He is arrogant aggressive and was intimidating in conversations to folks who's testimonies were supposed to help my case. Told blatant lies, that he later would try to refute, despite having recorded previous conversations with him, which were played back to him....and he would still deny his lies. Very ironic that someone with such a lack of people skills and zero accountability gets hired for such a position. Hire a lawyer, this service is completely useless.

As far as getting action from them go, it would be easier to pull teeth... so called 'human rights' workers, in the pockets of the elite, want a veritable smoking gun'

This place is in fact there to reject complaints and not to protect your rights. Completely useless. What a disappointment.

I am extremely surprised by the bad reviews ! I had an amazing service ! The wait time is long when you file a complaint , however the way I was treated was amazing , they went above and beyond for me !

Everyone at the CDPDJ should be fired. They just throw your file on a pile and wait 18 months; until writing to you that they cannot help.

We the parents are worried a lot about our two sons who are very obedient, responsible and lovely natured.1)DPJ (Youth organization ) threw them in prison. They in prison for the last more than one year.2) Our neighbour kid due to his family sepration problem long time remained under the custody of DPJ.3) DPJ used the Neighbour kid to threw in faults our nice sons.4) Our lawyers are not loyal to understand our worries.5) My wife is becoming psychologically sick.6) Me and my five sisters and wife are worring a lot.7) My kids grown up and did all Schooling in Montreal.8) About elder son who is in prison during whole Schooling we didn't receive any complaint.9)Again we are repeating that our sons are very good natured.On Human tairien bases please help us.Young sons who are obedient and want to do progress.Prison is not a good place for them.Please take urgent measures and help us.
