BPM Property Maintenance

Disrespectful and unfriendly staff, not proactive in resolving issues. No care for the property - trampled over plants that aren’t weeds. Do the bare minimum.

I find that the service from this company gets worse every year. The last snow fall my driveway wasn’t done at all and 3 days later after navigating some significant ice to enter and exit the house it finally melted. Now it has been over 24 hours and have No service at all. I have had to dig a path to the road and the driveway is unusable!!Just terribleAnd now due concerns about elderly visitors we have had to shovel the driveway ourselves!What are the chances my landlord will will reimbursed for services Not Rendered?

Excellent company for summer and winter maintenance. Have not had an issue, with them and if we did, it was taken care of in a quick and efficient matter.
