True North Disability Services

True north is a very reputable company that treats their clients respectfully. They are very knowledgeable and don't mislead you as they are working very hard on your behalf. I am very happy with their service and feel safe in their hands, knowing they are doing all they can to rapidly complete your claim. My personal representative, Ashley and now her successor, have had already patience and perseverance with my claim so I am very appreciative Thank You. Know they will go the extra mile and then some on your behalf!!

All the staff at TrueNorth were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I was unsure at first if they were gonna be able to help and trues out they 100% worked their magic and got me qualified!! 100% recommend.

Both my husband and I used True North Disability Services to find out whether we were eligible for the CRA Disability Tax Credit. They were very thorough with the initial consultation, helped us with explanations, instructions on how to fill out forms, they communicated with our doctor on our behalf and were so helpful in every way. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and there was immediate communication if we had any questions or needed help. The best news of all was that both my husband and I received refunds from the CRA. We would highly recommend True North Disability Services and are so thankful for their help. We know we could not have done this ourselves!

True North Disability have handled my claim with complete professionalism. Everything was taken care of in such a timely fashion and handled so quickly. I truly have recommended their services to a few of my friends and we are so delighted with the outcome. Kudos to your fabulous customer service!

They did retrieve our money. The whole process took almost a year. Kesley and Darla were a great help and gave proper explanation⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We applied in July 2022 received 1 refund in October 2022 a second refund in may 2023 and still are waiting for 1 more refund although we lost a few weeks during the CRA strike. The whole 20% fee plus tax on every refund really sucks though. Sometimes the government breaks up the payments so if u get 3 payments of 8000 for example u will pay them 2,600 plus tax on that. I understand they sent off your paper work to get the refund so they deserve some form of payment. But I honestly would recommend trying to recover it on your own. The process wasn't any faster or less stressful going through them in my opinion.

I saw the ad for True North Disability Services on Facebook and I checked them out right away! I looked at all the comments and decided to take a chance. They are a very professional company and the person who called me was so nice and sweet and made me feel comfortable and advised me how to start the process with ease. They touched base with me many times to let me know how everything was going. It made life so much easier than having to go through so much paperwork by myself. The process happened so fast and I received my refund in a couple of weeks after I was approved! Thank you, True North Disability Services! I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need help with any of their services.

True North was a pleasure to have as my consultants. They were very thorough in all aspects of the protocol that had to be completed . They also were very professional dealing with my Doctor getting the forms there filed properly. I would recommend True North to any one with a disability to get in touch with them .

At first I was skeptical about anyone offering to get me money, I did respond to True North and started the process. I can attest to the fact that True North is extremely professional, above board and extremely helpful in recovering money that was owed to me by the government. They followed the process with emails and phone calls. They were never forceful or aggressive and kept me informed throughout the process from the start to the arrival of the government check. If the company were to receive a rating and a 1-10 scale I would give them a 10plus.

Do not use this service. It’s expensive. They really don’t do much you can’t do yourself. There are free or near free services on Facebook and Reddit.As a service they can expedite reassessments but they don’t.Look up Shayne slinn/BJ Clancy on Facebook.I made the mistake of using this service. It took far longer than it needed to for the reassessments When/if you get money they will hound you for their 20 percent. I’ve had the bill 3 days and I’ve had 4 notifications about payment already

This review is long overdue, but I would highly recommend anyone with type 1 diabetes seek a consultation with the fine folks at True North.I saw an ad for the company while browsing social media way back in early 2022, and was a bit skeptical at first considering the service they were offering. After speaking to the staff though and getting a consultation done, I'm glad I chose to give them a go.Every representative I spoke to was patient, kind, and took care to explain the process, the costs, and what I needed to provide.As a Type 1 diabetic, the CRA quite frankly does a poor job at making those with it aware that diabetes is, in fact, a disability. I had no idea I was cleared to claim diabetes as one in my tax returns, which has cost me decades of compensation. Thanks to True North's efforts though, I was able to at least claim about 10 years worth, which helped immensely while I was still unemployed.Thank you all again for the help you gave me (^-^)
