Pretty good but they don't have a repair kit for the paddle boards they sell. Kinda frustrating.

Customer service is amazing here. We came in to look at getting paddleboards. I already have a pop board and love it. We were walked through the offerings they had in stock, the differences, how they would benefit us in the type of paddling we do. We ended getting 2 Hawaiian themed POP inflatable boards. One was unpacked and we were shown some tips on how to make them work best for us. It was very apparent the passion for paddling from the owner of the store. The way we were treated was amazing. Thank you for the amazing service. Another great locally run company in the Platzl. We took our boards out to whitetail lake for their first dip in beautiful kootneay water.

Awesome shop! So many cool things to look at! Is truly a heart of the kootenays shop. We have a place in Kimberly and always drop in to see what new items they have brought in. Definitely recommend checking this shop out!
