Jeff, the mechanic and shop owner, went above and beyond for an issue I was having with my bike. He took the time to explain the issue in detail and answer all of my questions. Hit a pothole, got a pinch flat, and didn't have a pump. The shop was careful and quick. He caught that my front brake was loose, made smart advice about my tire condition, and had me back on the road, able to make an important meeting I thought I would have to cancel.
