Horrible experience.... June 5th, I bought a driver side mirror and spent another a couple hundred $ to get it painted before our US 2 week road trip. June 10, the first date in the States, the glass fell off from the mirror. The glass was glued to the mirror and when were in the South, the hot weather caused the glue ineffective. This incident almost ruined our trip. We used a rope for the 2 week long trip which was not safe at all. We did go to a deal shop to fix it but the waiting time would be 5 days.When we are back, the shop is refusing to do anything, even thought I told them the glue is still behind the glass. We spent $450 to get a terrible and unsafe road trip. Be careful to buy a used part because it may be faulty.I do not know I have to click one star to post, but my attention is very negative, because I have never had something like this.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------To respond the owner, the glue is behind the glass which I did not find when purchasing. Nobody wants to buy a car part with glue hidden even it is used.

Terriable experience with the guy on the phone. Asks me what I'm looking for, so I start listing off the parts. He starts talking on top of me. When I was finished listing the parts he says did you hear what I said? How could I? I wasn't finished listing off the parts you wanted to know. So then he says arrogantly exactly..... so I called others and spent my money with them.

I went to buy winter tires for my accord. they have it installed the following day. I put 3 because i spent more than i expected.

What a great shop! I had a broken side mirror, not only did they quote me half the price that Kens auto did - but helped me to install it for 5 minutes, which felt super neighborly not the usual cold city vibes. There's also a yard kitty there named Penny who wants your cuddles.

Been here (JK Autorecycling -yard closer to the bridge) twice (in 2020), but not sure if I would go as first resort now. I went hunting for a Honda/Acura V6 intake air box and tube setup. First time got the airbox, paid, price was average fair (the clerk/manager negotiated a little knocked 5 dollars or so off). Going home, I found that the tube has hardened and was no longer usable. I decide to go back second time to hunt for the air rubber tube itself. These cost 25 new on Amazon. I finally found one, stacked on second level of cars (super unsafe btw - don't do this) after going through numerous Accords and TLs. When I went to check out this time got a different clerk (Asian guy did not get his name but best not to deal with him - and I am Asian saying this). He asked for $25 bucks. I said that is new price, this is used, probably half life left at best. I offered $10 and he said $20, then I went $15. I told him I am looking to get this replacement part for a part that was bad on my initial purchase. Technically, I should be able to get it exchanged free but I am willing to pay if price is right. He said he is not negotiating and took the tube threw onto the floor behind the counter and finished off with not dealing with you. I just left. Talk about customer service. Pathetic. For best deals on small used parts in lower Mainland, go to Empire Autos, the staff members are friendly and do negotiate. They rather you buy a part off them than take it off the car and leave it there. Been there few times now. To be fair to JK however, their next door sister shop (engines and transmissions) at JK Japanese Used & New Auto; the staff members are much nicer, but what remains to be seen is their quality of items.

Great price for car parts, went there today to replace a broken taillight and one of their staff was also able to help install the part in place.

This place will rip you off, owner overcharges for parts compared to other shops, won’t match prices or anywhere close, owner acts nice as long as you pay, as soon as you start asking to price match or question his prices his true colours come out. Support shops that won’t rinse you like this place will, he counts on gullible people because of his high population location. If he’s like this on initial pricing I can’t imagine what he’s like for warranty.
