I went there today to look at some furniture and my cousin wanted to look at some artwork. We weren't greeted at all when we entered the store and we were ignored the whole time we were there. I felt incredibly judged by the sales people. I can get my furniture elsewhere in Victoria. I see other reviews saying the same thing so maybe something to take into consideration.Edit: March 2022. I went back into the store this weekend and I have to say they listened to the reviews. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked if I was looking for something in particular and when we said we were just browsing we were able to freely browse the store! Great service!

This place has an outdated system between online shopping and physical store. On the website, they have misleading ads where it says IF you buy online you get X% discount". However

I would recommend Cathy from Urban Barn at Uptown. I went in looking for a sideboard and she was extremely helpful and I ended up buying the floor model at an incredible price. I paid extra for the delivery which was quite expensive but they wrapped it and brought it right into my house and unwrapped it, so I didn't have to do a thing. The only negative thing would be the lack of communication from the delivery company !I had to call Urban Barn twice and they finally gave me the delivery company's phone number and I finally got a firm delivery date, other than that, everything else was perfect!

Very impressed with the customer service I received from Autumn-I will definitely request her again upon returning when making any future purchases. Thanks Urban barn we have been extremely happy with our Nixon sectional - it’s super comfortable & the quality is superb! Looking forward to receiving our matching ottoman!

Great experience! Staff was incredibly helpful and kind after having a terrible experience at another furniture store in Langford. The staff were very kind and more than willing to help me find a couch. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Always find great decorative pieces. Much of my house is furnished with Urban Barn. I do have a pair of slipper chairs that have always had problems - the legs spin which causes the chair to collapse. They weren’t very helpful with a solution for those chairs; however, everything else I’ve bought has been fabulous. The staff at the Uptown store are always helpful and cheerful.
