I did not get a foot massage nor hand massage. Although the experience was good for $80 I should have gotten the extraa rhat other nail salons offer. I also felt rushed and she just wanted to go to the next customersI was not helped with my sandals nor did she help me to pull down my pants...I had to ask the lady at the cash to do it for me. Will I come back???? May nenot.

I thought I found my favorite nail tech, planned to only go to her and have only been going to her for months. But today when I was running late and called to let her know, she cancelled my appointment, and was not accommodating at all. Now she lost a very loyal customer and ill have to find somewhere else to go. Very disappointed in how it was handled.

My daughter and I have used this place for years. Today, David did a great job on my shellac pedicure and manicure. He was professional, gentle and efficient. I would highly recommend this business.

This was our first visit after being referred to this business. Quick service. Friendly staff. Attention to detail. Decent prices, clean salon. We will definitely go back.

Every time I leave, I am 100% satisfied with the perfection of work by Mia on my nails. She is the design QUEEN! Whether they are stiletto style, coffin, or short - she nails it every single time! I won’t see anyone else outside of elite nails anymore. If she is not available-I’ve seen amazing work by others as well just have not personally had the experience! Easy to book on their site, friendly and efficient service that is not over priced!

I was beyond happy with Mia’s work. She is meticulous and my nails look amazing. So happy I tried this place.

not the original colour i selected as it has been well loved already but the nail tech suggested this one and i almost like it more! her name was camy and they’re the best set of acrylics i’ve had :) good price!!

I would give 0 stars but thats not an option- made an appointment online for 10:30am after reading such great reviews. Was there 5 mins early and there were no lights on, locked up. After waiting 10 minutes, 5-8 women all showed up and got out of there vehicles with their starbucks and tims and didnt even acknowledge anyone waiting for their appointment. Being someone who has clients and bookings myself, im always 20 mins early for my first client. Why are you booking people for the exact time you open if you arent there to take them in and get started? I left because im not supporting bad customer service like that. Not a good first experience.

Not the best place for acrylics.I went here about 3 times and the first two times were alright I guess, they weren't perfect but fine. The third time was on the 17th so only 7-8 days ago and I've had 3 nails completly break off not just chip. For 70+$ I'd expect them to last more then a week.

I came here to get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure.I’ve never done shellac before but I was curious to try because they said it lasted longer.Helen did my nails, I noticed she was rushing and asked a few times to fix smudges.Less than one week later the nail polish was strip and cracking and came off completely off one of my nails.I called and the manager was super polite, he’s the only reason I gave 1 star.Came back to fix it and Helen started my nail and got up abruptly and left. She was trying to tell me it’s my fault it started stripping. Totally rude!Helen is the worse and I would never ever let her touch my nails again. No Helen!!!Lee ended up fixing my nails and she was very polite, patient and she took her time to ensure it was done properly this time.
