The UPS Store

Horrible customer service! I am in disbelief of the supposed manager’s behaviour this morning. He put a small piece of tape on my bag. When I asked him to place one piece of tape around the bag, he became very bothered and argumentative, repeatedly saying “tape is not free!” and refused my request. Even with a prepaid shipping label when we are not doing business with them directly, I am disgusted enough with the interaction that I would absolutely drive further to another location next time.

Very poor customer service. A bit tape to secure the shipping label kills your business? What ridiculous staff? Update on 27 Feb, 2023. Went to this store again, same staff starts to complain about my comments and refuse to accept ready to ship parcel. What a power this staff has to reject a UPS ready to ship parcel. Will can UPS head office to complain this ‘good behavior’ staff.

Hitesh went above and beyond to help me with fax services at his store today. I am so grateful for his help, really goes above customer service.

the staff here are so friendly and helpful!! i think customers should remember UPS stores are owned by independent franchisers and they are small businesses, even if the main courier UPS isn’t. a lot of the negative reviews here seem mad they didn’t get services for free but anyone who works in shipping or ships regularly knows prepaid drop offs have to be ready to drop off and any additional packaging needed is gonna cost you. the prices are extremely reasonable. they have a ton of services here including faxing, printing, packaging and even ID pictures and mail boxes! Hitesh is super kind and friendly and really helped me out with a complicated job, thanks Hitesh you’re the best!!

Check my review history to see that I almost never leave a negative review. ZERO STARS if possible: HITESH SHARMA the owner Forced me to wait 10+mins for a box that I was looking at because it was his only one: they were out of stock. I begged him or the display model, I even plead the case that he can retape a new one in less time than he was wasting . I told him he has 5 more seconds to make a customer, at which point he STOPPED HELPING ME AND JUST STARED INTIMIDATINGLY, setting the WORST example of customer service for his employee. DO NOT GIVE an arrogant man who cares nothing for you ANY of your business! LOTS OF OTHER UPS STORES AROUND! Notice this guy ATTACKS unhappy customers that leave reviews. He NEVER takes responsibilty for an unhappy customer. He won't learn at this rate. GO TO ANOTHER STORE

The owner or manager Hitesh is very rude and has no courtesy or any customer service. Have been using this location for past 6 months and Matthew have always been great in helping with all my shipping needs.The owner decided to measure the shipping box by extra 2 inches stating that’s the policy of store.

THEY ARE THE BESTI had to print some custom calendars and diecut stickers.They did a superb job, I’ll highly recommend this location. Employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help youHighly recommend:)

I use this local store for all my delivery needs, and also printing material. As a small business owner, it helps to have UPS assist with all shipments. Amazing service too.

I moved recently and so wanted to adjust the delivery of a package from my former address to this store 400m away so I could pick it up, its a small package but they want $95 to drop it off here instead, the total item + shipping price was half that amount to start with ... what a ripoff of a company, if they want to waste their time and money trying to deliver to the wrong address a few times and storing the package then they can go right ahead ... what a joke
