Dealing with this Craftsman location was nothing but amazing. My car is older and the damage was minimal but from the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but respect and empathy. They took my claim very seriously and didn’t even care if it was a small claim nor was it mentioned. I dealt with Sam through this process and he is so professional and helpful. The whole process was fast with excellent communication during all stages and very punctual with all appointments plus simple. Lastly and of course very important, the work done was flawless with amazing repair job. Thank you, I do recommend this location

I took my car in to to repair a dent with an approved icbc claim. They told me that they don't have the part and they will call me . It is has been more than 2 months nobody would even bother to give me an update about my repair as If I had all the free time in the world to call them multiple times.

This is the second time I have been to Craftsman Collison in North Delta and the service is exceptional. Raj and the team are extremely diligent in their work. I really appreciate the customer service and quality of work on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

DANGER DRIVERS—-craftsman colludes with ICBC in avoiding you fair repairs and service. Brought our family vehicle here and the technicians accused us of lying about damage caused by the accident and threatened us that we’d have to pay additional inspection fee of damage isn’t caused by accident. Sylvia, like all their staff, is the rudest person I’ve ever met hopefully she’s no longer at this location. I’ll never take my car to craftsman again. They’re clearly incompetent to say the least. Stacey the marketing manager is also super fake. She pretends to care about your concern and then doesn’t follow up. She only comments for the optics but nothing happens thereafter.

Raj is amazing. I came in for a claim estimate and left with my damage buffed and polished out. No charge, and I saved the icbc deductible. I didn't know service like this still existed.

They fixed my wife's beetle after someone ran into it. Icbc wanted to write it off but craftsman helped us get the car fixed and we are still enjoying our car! Thanks for the great job Craftsman collision!

In December 2021, I took my car in for repairs. From the start to pick up of my vehicle, I was very impressed with the courteous and professionalism of the manager Raj and his staff. All my questions & concerns were clearly addressed. Raj explained the process and also followed up with a phone call to keep me updated. I was surprised & delighted when I picked up my car to find out that they had nicely cleaned and sanitized the inside. Their premises and facility are also well maintained. Early this morning, I happen to take my car in just to have them look & provide me with an estimate to remove some paint that got onto my rear side. To my utter surprise & amazement, the manager Raj came out right away to inspect the area. Then he went & got a cleaning solvent and removed the paint residue and sent me on my way home full of gratitude & with a Big Smile on my face. Thanks for this Legendary Service! You made my day!

Picked up my Nissan Sentra today:Amazing staff and very professional in the work and really care about the customer service

Hands down the worse experience ever. Back in August my vehicle was broken into and the rear window was shattered. Upon getting my vehicle towed to Craftsman on Scott Road it took staff over two days to even get in touch with me in regards to the glass claim. After 4 days of being without a car I was called and notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up the vehicle and arriving home I noticed an extreme amount of broken glass all over the seat and throughout the vehicle. I then called craftsman back and took the vehicle back to them to clean out the glass. Upon picking up the vehicle a second time there was still glass in the back seat and all over the vehicle. At this point I had to take the vehicle at my own expense to get cleaned. Terrible service, and massive incompetence when it comes to ensuring an easy seamless process.I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to another shop that can get the job done right the first time.
