Extremely unprofessional representative, doesn't know simple things about banking. Having $ 2,000 on the account and great cash flow, she put on hold government issued cheque for $ 200 with sarcastic smile. Probably, very poor management.

As I have limited funds they wanted to close my account just because I was not using the account constantly. Guessing they felt that they were not making enough money off of me. One should have a right as to how we use the account like every day or once a month. If I chose to use it once a year that is my choice not up to the bank on how to tell me I should spend my money .

My wife and I showed up without an appointment to deal with some banking issues related to my mother in laws recent death.We were greeted by Paola Jani, a personal banking rep. She was the first person we met in the banking industry to actually give her condolences to my wife and I. Three (3) banks we had to deal with and this was a first!She went above and beyond to help us solve the bank issues at hand and even called Master Card (a separate entity) to close that account and also destroyed the card so the estate was not exposed to fraudulent use of the card.If I had a business that required a front line person to deal with individuals and solve problems on the spot, I would be approaching her to work for me! Hands down!!!!We do not bank with BMO but after this experience we are thinking we might change banks!

I visited this location today was greeted by a very friendly representative by the name of Kaileigh. She made my experience swift and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location for further banking needs.

Can't be bothered to return calls. Left messages 3 days in a row with promise they'd call me by end of day. Never happened.

Hours are 10-4 Monday to Friday. Theyare Closed before your start work, closed before you end work. Don't bother coming on your lunch break. The cashiers move like snails. Spent a half and hour just to get some change. Rediculous! Hopefully they will be more customer centric soon.

This location is extremely short staffed. The previous bank manager use to come out of her office and help with the line up but I don't really see that same behaviour from the current one. The tellers are left with grumpy customers that have to wait in line for so long and getting blamed for the wait. Ashley is always great in handling the situations but it shouldn't need to get to that point. There needs to be some major hiring or transfers done for this location to help the tellers and the customers that come in to bank.

WAY too slow. When there is a huge lineup and only two tellers, maybe don't have tellers chit chat about vacation plans with patrons while people are waiting? Nothing worst than standing in line with a bunch of maskless people and there's nothing that can be done but wait cause service is unavailable online.

We do not have enough words to thank Hetal Shah. Having searched for the best Mortgage Advisor/Broker in the market place, we carefully chose Hetal to be on our side. Her dedication, determination and commitment to the client is something that we have never felt before. In regards to my recent closing, she didn't only help us in getting the best mortgage rate with the best conditions but also delivered on time. We must confess that she's simply the BEST in the industry.

Hours are terrible and they are not organized. Imagine telling a customer they are approved for a loan and asking them to send all the pertinent information, including going to HR over and over again only to hear after a month has passed that you have been declined. Seriously, if you are considering banking go to another branch or even another bank provider as they really do not care about their customers it seems. I even had to go in office to sign forms BEFORE I was told I was declined, IN A PANDEMIC.
