Buyer beware! Took $2800 from me and $1100 from my friend for one year unlimited services that were unfulfilled. Refused to give money back. Store was closed for almost two years according to Anna the manager. She lies constantly. There is even a Facebook group of people scammed by this company.

My husband and I have been going to Hair Free laser clinic in Brampton for over 6 years now and we are always satisfied with our results. The clinic is very clean and professional. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable and always explain what they are doing and give advice as to how to maintain and optimize treatments. The owner, Anna, is an amazing lady and will always do her best to fit you in the schedule. The value you spend on number of treatments is well worth it! We are very happy with our treatments every time and won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for facials and hair removal for a few years. Zunaira gives an amazing facial and is always so precise with my laser hair removal. Would definitely recommend! They also use Alumier products, leaving my skin look so fresh and glowy each time!

Had Fraxel laser done by Anna. I was very nervous not ever having it done before. I had also read reviews of this location. It was honestly the most positive experience. Today is day seven and I have glowing skin. I had mild flaking but was so impressed. Anna took the time to make sure that she explained it all. I had a hundred questions. Can’t wait to do it again.

If I could give this more stars I would!!! Love Anna and the ladies. I left my old laser place for this. The atmosphere, the friendliness, everything about this is 5/5 stars. My hair growth has also decreased significantly compared to the last place I went to. They are super caring and always flexible. My entire family comes!! Will continue to recommend people.

Would never recommend them to anyone. My hairfall is even worst than before. Also don’t trust these guys, never pay them in advance, once you have paid them in advance they will not answer your call. Always pay them after the treatment. They stop answering the calls one they have received the payment, i had to call from private number to get to them. They can cancel your appointment without any advanced notice but if you cancel without the notice of 24 hours they would charge you $50. Lady at the front is very rude. Worst service ever. They would force you to leave a good review for them, never do that. Took the money in advance, not answering the calls now and refused to give me the money back.
