The work itself was fine but the attitude of the female receptionists/clerks was terrible. Customer service not good. All my belongings were moved to do the repair which is fine. However when I asked for assistance to move things back as my right arm just had surgery,both women refused and walked away from me. Very rude. While I was struggling to move everything back into place, put the back seats back up & put back the tonno cover, an elderly mechanic offered to help as they were closing the shop.

Do not for any reason take your vehicle to this shop. I took my car here for a repair that cost me $1300. They told me it would take 4 days, it was finished in 2. When I got my car back, there was even more damage done to it. Chunks of paint missing from my bumper, scratches all over the trunk, scrapes on the right side quarter panel, and a chunk of paint missing from my rear passenger door.When I confronted the owner of the damages, he told me he had checked the pictures they are required to take and that the damages were already there. Then continuously refused to show me the pictures, after I asked to see them. Clearly he was lying.He refused to fix any of the damages they had caused, then proceeded to swear at me and kicked me out of the shop. Do not trust this buisness. They do not care about their customers or the vehicles in their possession.

Very fast and professional staff from start to finish. As a women going to a body shop solo you always feel a bit out of place. But they were nothing but helpful and made me feel safe. Will definitely be my go to place here in town!

Precision has always offered excellent service and they always do fantastic work. Staff is helpful and respectful and will always go the extra mile for their client. I used them for 20 years and highly recommend thing to my friends.

Don't take your car to this place. They fixed the side of my car (I was hit by a deer) but left bare metal on the inside door which I discovered a few months later while cleaning. They repaired that but then I discovered all the clips were missing that holds a plate to the body and I took it back yet again. It made me wonder what else they missed and when I asked if they could review the whole car for quality control (as in they missed 2 things already) I was told they couldn't do it even though they said they would when I made the appointment. They sited time as a problem but this is not what I was told on the phone, then accused me that they already told me that while making the appointment which they hadn't. I dealt with the owner, Brian - not a nice fella. Shoddy workmanship and nasty customer service.

Great work and customer service

Brandon is the owner, terrible service by him. As a owner you would think they will treat you better, however, its not the case, left him a message and never bother to return my call. Will not recommend to anybody for any work.

Precision did a great job on my car. The body work looked great and they even detailed the inside, all at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone.

Did excellent job on paint (rust repair), 3 years later still looks great! Didn't install door seal properly. Very professional service and atmosphere.
