My mom came here to get an iphone 11 and she was moving over from android. The guy knew absolutely nothing about phones, told her that you couldn't move any of her data from her android and said you would have to do it all manually. A 3 year old with a phone could have explained everything much better to her. At least they had the phone in stock. Maybe hire people who know at least something about phones in the future. Thanks.

Koodo warranty is BS. Do not pay for it, it does nothing. Cheaper to go to independent phone repair shop than what they offer
