I was here to look at a fridge, i found one and decided to buy it, there was some damage, dent to it, one of the leg was missing, the sales person assure me they will clean it up, and put the missing leg on before delivery, when it was delivered, which I paid for delivery and for them to take the door off to go in my house, also put my existing one outside, when they got there, the fridge was exact as it was when I saw it, they didn't do what any cleaning to it, or put the missing leg on, and the delivery man was very rude, say he's not supposed to take the old out and remove the door from the new one ...long story short, they didn't say what they would do... so I had them take it back... I had no problem in getting my refund...

You buy one thing and then they send you something different, time wasters.So many other scratch and dent places around.

I purchased four appliances from Scratch And Dent Depot for a rental unit. The prices were the best I found out there. Once they delivered it I realized that I had measured incorrectly and the fridge was too big for the space. I contacted Mohammed and he sent me an option for replacement. I agreed. They delivered the new fridge, took the larger one back and because of a price difference I received a store credit for a future purchase. The ease by which this situation was handled saved a lot of time and headache. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
