Summerside Registry

I have been there for company registration. The process was smooth and the clerk (Dilsher) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure that every paperwork was accurate and I don't need to come back and forth. Highly recommend summerside registry.

We went to this registry for legal name change. One lady was assisting us and she asked for the original document. I already proof of ID and the photo copy of that document. She resisted and asked for original copy which was not mandatory at all. We know this because we went to different registry later on and they said it is an optional document. We got so frustrated and she wasted our 1 hour because it was so lined up. That lady looks like a filipino lady.

This is the worst registry examiner in town. Examiner 11569 was the worst , arrogant, and just pure evil.Walking in my car he told me it was so bad smell inside because of the car air freshner i had. He grabbed my air freshner and THREW IT in my glove compartment without asking me first. He said it was causing him itching in his throat and also TOLD me to open windows in the car. I didnt say anything because I wanted to get the test done but the whole time he just made me feel uncomfortable and nervous. When I tried parallel parking I hit the curb the first time and told him if I could try again and to excuse me because I was really nervous and he told me, “ don’t you think everyone is nervous? 100% of people are nervous so just drive.” I thought that was true but the tone in the way he said that was really mean. I still didn’t say anything to him. He failed me When stopping at an intersection and turning right because he said I didnt come to a complete stop but I absolutely did stop! I tried telling him that i did stop for the 5 secs but he told to not even argue with him.This was absolutely the worst experience of my life. How can the government hire someone like this? This examiner will just ruin your day and fail you because of Buisness or just because he doesnt like you at all. PLEASE AVOID THIS EXAMINER!!

Applied for my health card and provincial ID here. Very quick, no stress. Staff was efficient and polite. Hopefully can get my driver's license like this too.

I went here to change my GDL to Class 5. It is expected that there is a long line here but the registry handled their cue very well. Good job to the team.

The person I went to had zero customer service skills. Just stared at me blankly. I said I was there to renew vehicle registration for 2 vehicles. She didn't ask any followup questions, so went ahead processing for 1 year. I then asked if it was for 2, as that's what I previously had. It was not, so she had to re-do and re print the forms. When all was said and done, she gave me my total and I paid. Then, I had to ask for a receipt. Which seemed to take the longest of the whole process. You would think it would just be a quick print, but seemed like she had to type it all in? She was very pretty with nice nails. I should have looked for a name tag. She handed me the receipt and that was the end. With so many registry places, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I went there today to get a new license plate and the gentleman who helped me, his name was AJ. He was super professional, patient and his customer-service skills are excellent. He had a beautiful smile on his face throughout our interaction. He made my experience at the registry super easy and exceptional.

I called summerside registry to knw sm information some one answered my call malver. Im trying to tell her wt information i need bt she is nt getting it n interupting me nt trying to understant wtever im explaining.the tong she was tolking was inappropriate .she sounds like she does nt want to tolk on call.

We all know how painful a registry office can be and I for one could not do that job. Everyone is quick to raise a stink but this is the one in a thousand reviews. My wife and I went into the registries office today with a list of things to get done as we just moved back to AB. We expected to get the grumpy slow person at the counter that takes an hour to do one thing. Surprisingly we had a fantastic agent named NAVNEET. She was very polite, knew exactly what she needed to do in every step and request. NAVNEET also has a great sense of humour and sets the bar for customer service.!!Thanks for ALL your help with everything that we needed to get done today! Hopefully your manager knows how much you’re appreciated by us customers.
