Goodwill Chinook Thrift Store

I usually love coming to this store but I had a unusual experience earlier this week. Although it was an unfortunate turn of events, I am hopeful and reassured by the reply that there will be a reminder to treat all equally and with respect from the management. Thank you goodwill for your understanding and willingness to fix the turn of events i experienced. I hope the service and treatment of customers improves at this location soon, if only to catch up with the other goodwill stores around town. I've never had a problem like this or with such incompetent service while being intentionally ignored at any other location ever. Even Value village employees have the foresight to call in help at the front till immediately when they see someone needing help. It will be awhile until I shop here after experiencing such an anxiety inducing, upsetting situation on Tuesday night from that one employee in particular.

Love this new location. Prices have really gone crazy though. People’s recycling is for sale, and not cheap either.

i used to love coming here to find great deals but the prices here have absolutely gone up. also i feel like they specifically choose 50% off color days based off of what least amount of color tags they have in the store that week. so if they have the least amount of blue items they will change the color to blue that week. stupid and sad to see this happening.

I was in this store recently and I can say that the experience was complete and pleasant. the place is clean and tidy and their work team is great. I went to donate some things and ended up taking others thanks to Andrea who was very kind she directed me to the interesting things in the store and there are things at a good price. thanks to Andrea for helping me in the shop. I recommend this place

Great places to find children's books and kitchen stuff. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have seen furniture in great condition there too. Everything will depend on what you are looking for. I believe it is better than Value Village's prices.

Good selection of original art and books. The outdoor lawn furniture seemed okay for a period photoshoot but not much else.

Went into Goodwill to look for another winter jacket I broke I paid over $400 for my jacket And here I go into the Goodwill store and I find a beautiful jacket For $17 Need a new rubber boots because I do snow removal Found a nice warm pair for $7.50 those ones I found were brand new but you not every item is brand new you will be finding used items You will be finding used items but everything is cheap so why not can't afford brand new stuff All the time

Always a great experience at the Goodwill. I love that you are allowed to try on the clothes. The people are always friendly. This is also my first choice for thrift shopping, as I know my donations support local workers versus a for-profit business. Keep up the great work!

Always a treasure to be found at this location. The staff tend to be good at picking good items and pricing decently well for second hand product. I almost never leave empty handed. The staff are friendly both on the floor and at the donation center. If you need a place to donate good items or you're searching for something you need for your own home, Goodwill Chinook can help.

The return policy i terrible. Bought a coffee pod machine, unable to test in store. Took it homeand it didnt work. Went back the next day with my receipt and original tags still on item. They would not accept my return.
