Slow disorganized service in the restaurant. Mandatory 18% gratuity and service did not warrant it. Table of 16 no one received cutlery or napkins even after asking for it. Had the fried chicken sandwich which was mediocre, asked for side salad and received a small bowl. Poor plate coverage. On the Upside the band “ Lakeside Groove” was awesome.

Great place to go for a fun evening, especially with kids. You are able to choose how many points you want to buy to be able to play games. You will have a better experience if you buy more. Bowling and the VR experience are optional but very fun! The restaurant was not too busy and just out of the way from the noise. Tiny bit overpriced, but the food and service was great.

Love going here. I haven't eaten a meal yet but the food looks good!. Live music sometimes. Easy to walk in and forget the day. Great place for kids and adults alike. I think it great that you can enjoy a cocktail while watching your kid(s) have fun. And have fun yourself!!

This place is great. Lots of fun games for adults and kids. Although my group didn't go for food or drinks, the menu looks awesome.Most games were in working order and everyone was civil to each other when waiting their turn.Not that it's this location's fault, but I put $30 on two cards in the downtown Toronto location and when I tried to use them here, they were invalid". Now I have to dig up receipts and contact the Toronto location and see what's up..."

We have kids age 10-22. Fun was had by all.The games are priced at what you'd expect for arcades. It's not something we can afford for our family to do outside special occasions, but for my son's bday, we aren't disappointed with what we spent.The food was good and priced at average restaurant range.Service unfortunately had room for improvement. The worker in the VR area seemed like they really didn't want to be there and didn't crack even a slight smile the whole time (which was about 40 mins to get things set up, cleaned, and on). This person was moving so slow for everything. Anyone with OCD or strong work ethics cannot watch this person work as obvious efficiencies are being missed. Our youngest was set up first, so she had all that gear on the whole time with her eyes covered. Then when the game started, my sister's battery pack or something fell off and play was interrupted while the worker slowly but steadily got her back online...but no do over" or restarting after all that set up and wait - for 5 mins of play. But my kids left smiling and we all laughed during.We had a really nice server for our meal

Be ready for a loud time. It is, I promise, a good time. The food is excellent, the drinks are made with love (all the varieties are fantastic as well). Love visiting here to play all the arcade games and have a nice meal. The live performances are also amazing. A lot of talented people.

Went for my sons hockey party. The servers were so disorganized, forgot half the popcorn, tried to serve my daughter the wrong burger twice, then said they would have one out quickly...another 20 minutes goes by before she has food. Nachos did not have sour cream and they already add a 18 percent tip to your bill whether you like it or not.
