The current park management is doing a terrible job of de icing our streets and no basic standards of clearing any sidewalks. There is a responsible on behalf of the park to fix this.

Nicest mobile home park in the Comox Valley, gated and well managed and maintained.Social club with numerous activities for residents. Conveniently located near hospital and shopping, including Costco and Home Depot. Short walk from aquatic centre and on bus route.

A nice quiet gated 55+ community of mobile homes. New hospital opened recently close by so noise levels likely to increase. Poorly treed, a mini-suburbia.

Great management, most are very friendly..rent is high for what u get, eg great landscaping, keep roads clear...should be more to a gated community than that. Streets are very busy because gated are not closed during the day
