Johnny and his team were very responsive when we reported our furnace wasn't working. They assessed and implemented a temporary fix while they looked into a permanent solution. A new furnace was needed. They evaluated our home's HVAC condition and proposed a holistic approach. Once the install was done, Johnny made sure we understood how everything worked and offered householder maintenance tips. Not the first time we use Simply and not the last!

The two young technicians arrived on time to install my new gas stove. They were very professional and polite. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up leaving no mess. I’m very satisfied with their service. Also, thanks to Beth for patiently rescheduling my appointment several time due to delays in receiving the stove.

Called late Friday afternoon to install a new air conditioner as we were still waiting for a response from the other company from 3 weeks previous. Wednesday morning, got a call at 7:05am saying, we will be there in 5 minutes. Kyle and Marco were very very professional

He and his team were great throughout every step of the installation process guiding us first time home buyers through a rather stressful couple of days. We now have heat, and we are now happy! We just recently bought a new furnace which was installed within a day of our call. John and Kyle completed the installation in less time than originally estimated. I’d recommend this company to everyone. I’ve had them in today to replace my hot water tank. I called about the tank and they were here promptly two days later. Kyle and Marco were friendly and informative. And so kind to give my dog, Sunny lots of pets! And they installed in less than 2 hours. When they left, it was cleaner than when they arrived. Very good customer experience with Simply each time. Thank you.

We have 2 young kids and it’s winter. Our experience was amazing. They showed up 1 hr after I called. They assessed our home requirements and provided an option for a quick replacement with a quality unit. It’s not often you pay such a reasonable value for such great service. They came in 1 hr , started demo 30min after and in one quick afternoon we had heat. Everyone was professional , clean, respectful and helpful.They laid out a runner to ensure they kept a clean space. I would highly recommend their services and I will be a repeat customer!Thank you very much so helping us out when we needed a quick response!
