Service is ok. Very frustrating that there never seems to be anyone in the office to take payment. I shouldn't be asked to call back in an half an hour. Someone should be available especially when payments are due.

I've been helping my father move his things in here, and it's one of the nicest storage buildings I've been in. Very clean, very well lit and very plain and simple. Easy access from the road, and a lot of space in between units for maneuvering trucks and trailers.

Refused to give back the deposited.While taking the storage a deposit of 50$ was taken from me . I had only rented the storage unit for 14 days and retuned the unit without any damage 2 days before the end of the month. However the staff informed me that the deposit is not refundable and if i wish i can keep the storage unit for another 18 days (which is useless to me). None of these were in discussed while i was taking the storage unit..

Clean and calm. I really appreciate the orderliness of this facility, especially in the midst of a chaotic move. The staff are friendly, helpful and well organized. I don't know how the value compares to other locations, but I am satisfied.

I have used Black Tusk Storage for more than 10 years and have always been so happy with the customer service and the units are all heated so no mould, ever! In addition, the grounds are always well kept and this company takes pride in every aspect of the products and service they offer their customers.

Staff is quite friendly. Would be nice if all storage was 24/7 access but only some is. Mine is not.. Wouldn't have been an issue if the door did not lock early. Hopefully the issue has been fixed.
