Don’t contact with these people for getting rental homes and basements because these people just wants to waste your time by getting your personal information and documents. After that they start ignoring you specially Jatin Sharma and Manu Panaich with him.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Don’t trust these people specially Jatin Sharma and his partner, because they are like a kind of fraud because they ask me to snd my personal details and didn’t respond back even once. Such a unprofessionalism.

If you want to waste your time you can contact them. Jatin sharma and his partner showed us a basement then got our documents and then just ghosted us. Not even anyone in their office helped to connect us to those agents.
