A nice, simple, diner style restaurant. Great value for money as you can get a solid burger and delicious onion rings for around $12. Staff there are super friendly and very efficient. Arrived with a group of 8 and they were able to get us all food very quickly. Recommend the onion rings which are delicious.

One of the best fish and chips and burgers I have had in a while! The haddock fish and chips were so tasty with the batter being perfect and not too oily! The fries and onion rings are also amazing! We loved the burger and chilli dog as well! The service was amazing and we felt so welcome eating here! I highly recommend King’s drive in, service, food, price, taste all 100/10

I drive by this place on a regular basis, and never seems to be too busy so decided to stop by today with my two daughters. The food is absolutely amazing. I don’t understand how they do not have a line around the block! Their fish and chips are absolutely amazing and they are so reasonably priced !! everything is freshly made to order. Staff are so kind and polite. Definitely coming back here. We love a good fish and chips we always used to go to olde Yorke Fish & Chips but staff is rude and they marked up their prices to the point it’s not even worth it anymore!! This place is amazing and cannot wait to try the different options on their menu. So excited.

Cannot beat the quality for the price. Solid burger with fresh bread and fries, everything tasted amazing!Genuinely impressed, can't believe it took me so long to try this place. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who asked about burger places in Toronto, not just East York.Will be going back in person next time for a combo with a beer, looking forward to it.

2023 March 4★Located in what I would call burger alley. There's many burger joints in the vicinity and at time of writing, 4 on the street within about 15 minutes walking.Step in at King's, you get this nostalgic feel of a 1950s diner. Colorful enamel style tables, hung retro art and even a cooler the moment you step in. The drive in aspects makes this an easy pit stop to grab a quick bite.The burgers are grilled right in front of you. The onion rings are freshly made and are both very light and crispy yet very thick.Banquet burger $6.95Bacon, cheese and patty. Toasted bun and toppings as you want. Pretty good!Onion rings $4.95Oily, but crispy and great. It's expensive at about $1 each ring, but these are thick and the onions are sweet. Would recommend, though 1 is probably enough to share with two people.Definitely worth stopping by.

What could you say about Kings Drive-In. From the moment we were walked in we were treated like royalty. Drove by this place many times but this is my first time actually stopping in there. The old school Vibe of jumble burgers cooked on the charcoal and jumble onion rings. We enjoyed it on the patioI got a double King with bacon and cheese it was fantastic I like the taste of the charcoal burger as these flat tops nowadays are no good. I'm normally don't get onion rings but the size of these and the fact that they're breaded in house made me order onion rings everything was fantastic it definitely want to go back check it out if you're in for an old school charcoal burger.
