We were extremely pleased with the service RainTek provided us from start to finish. We had a very difficult project that included removing concrete from 3 sides of the house, digging to 8ft under a deck, removing a garden rock wall and installing an entire new perimeter drain system. Geoff, Trevor, and crew were professional and courteous throughout and very patient as they answered my endless questions. I'm still amazed at how quickly they got the job done and returned the yard to its prior state! They stayed on time, on budget, and the place looks great. We would highly recommend RainTek.

I just purchased a new house in Mill Bay and I needed to get someone in to check the perimeter drain causing pooling water in the basement before the deal was solidified. I was recommended RainTek from another company who wouldn't travel the distance from Victoria to Mill Bay to do the work - and I'm glad for it!Geoff from RainTek met the seller and I at the house and I could immediately tell that Geoff knew his stuff. He took one look at the perimeter drain that had recently been installed and knew instantly that it was done very poorly and not to code.He gave me a quote within 24 hours of the inspection and I was able to use that as a negotiation tactic to get the seller to have the entire perimeter redone - on his dime - to BC code!
