Atlantic Fitness Centre

I was visiting Charlottetown and decided to go for a workout, a day pass here is $15. After being covid cleared I ventured upstairs to do some cardio, not all the machines were working but I was able to get a working elliptical. On the same level as the cardio was an area for stretching and circuit weight training machines. Downstairs was mostly free weights. I went for my workout around 11:00 a.m. and there was still plenty of room to move around both upstairs and downstairs. The person at the front desk was very pleasant. I would like to inform you that you have to wear your mask at all times while you're at the gym unless you're doing cardio or a set.I would go back for another workout there when I'm in town.

Dropped in at this gym while in town and was pleasantly surprised. They have a smaller room in the back with some powerlifting equipment. ER bench, mono lift, makeshift SSB, fat pad, reverse hyper, and three squat racks. Lots of machines as well. Jim at the desk was super nice as well, and it was super cheap. 10/10 would recommend to any traveling powerlifters.

This gym has a great selection of equipment in good working order. Multiple pieces of the same piece of equipment from different manufacturers allows every one to find the machine that works best for them with no waiting around. A separate section is provided for CrossFit as well as a second level specifically for circuit training. Leg equipment a bonus and a polite and friendly young lady named Jen made my visit to this facility excellent. As a gym owner in the states and a regular visitor to gyms as I travel I feel comfortable giving a 5 star rating.

Best gym in the pei. 24/7 gym . Every weight dumbbells and equipments are all perfect and in good condition. Have spa and clean washrooms. Huge parking. It’s very affordable gym. Plus it’s not crowded like other gyms around.

My absolute favorite gym, it's got a good staff and pretty consistently considerate gym goers, people leave you in peace and no one is overly loud or aggressive. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been going on and off for 3 years. The facility is clean, the equipment is well taken care of. You've got two levels ( the pit" / upper level ) with extra rooms for programs and courses. Tanning rooms are also accessible. I think it's easily the best price for a gym membership in town as well."

Love AFC! Have multiple machines for the same workout, so you can find one that's best for you and not have to wait for a machine and the gym is really nice in size! Two floors, consisting of two main workout areas with a cardio section and the two private rooms!The price for the annual membership plus 24/7 access is very decently priced as well!

It's a very nice gym, with very nice and helpful staff. If you're interested in a gym this is possibly the nicest gym on the island. Lots of GoodLife gym bags going into here. So if you're considering GoodLife gym come to AFC first. See what a gym is supposed to be. A good place with good people is the good life. Don't be fooled by the hype. This is the gym you want to join. Good luck in your health and fitness goals. Here's a good place to start.

Worst customer service. Dave Edgar (Owner) needs to learn how to run business first. Targeting some customers only to follow the covid guidelines even though they were following the guidelines. There are better fitness centre available.
