I hired Dwayne to install a Google Nest Hello doorbell and I can't say enough good things about Dwayne and Element Heating & AC. First off, he was able to fit me into his schedule for the following day extremely last minute because I was leaving for a couple weeks and wanted to have my Google Nest set up before I left. I realize this is more of a me problem, but Dwayne was super accommodating and I appreciate it more than he knows! My boyfriend and I aren't the most handy of people, and Dwayne took care of everything and explained things in such an easy to understand manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient... I honestly could go on and on. Our internet wasn't working great and he was so incredibly understanding. I have had some not so great experiences with tradespeople, that it makes me really appreciate the good ones when they come along. I 100% will be reaching out to Dwayne for any future Nest purchases, as well and any Heating & AC needs. Can't recommend him enough!

The distillate pump on my furnace/central air conditioner failed so I called Dwayne and left a message on a Sunday. Not an urgent matter at all, as all I needed was the pump that I could install myself.Dwayne calls me back within 30 minutes and then drove out to his warehouse and sold me his last one. Met me at a half way point from where I live and where his warehouse is. Only extra charge was 20.00 on top of the pump that was competitively priced.When the time comes for a new furnace, air conditioner, Dwayne will get the call for sure.Thanks again Dwayne!

I was referred to Dwayne from my son.I called at 4:30 pm to make an appointment he told me the service call price and asked what I was dealing with. He asked if I would be ok if he was an hour to get to my place, not expecting to get same day service. I work in the retail industry and customer service is our #1 priority and all I can say is that if your looking for a business built on service, value, workmanship look no further. Went above and beyond to help me out - twice.My smart thermostat died and replaced my old thermostat in no time in November. The thermostat company required a letter for warranty purposes, he whipped one up for the company in no time.My circuit board for the fan somehow fried last week and he offered to bring over space heaters in the interim to warm up, till he replaced the part.Found this business by searching on Google for local furnace repair and reading these reviews. Figured I'd add my experience with Element Heating and Air Conditioning because I hope you have a good one too! :)

I hired Element Heating and Air Conditioning for a new Air Conditioning and Furnace. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a friendly voice. I spoke with the owner who is knowledgeable about all the products and processes and was provided realistic prices and discussed the different services. You can absolutely tell that Quality and your comfort is the heart of the business. Not once was I ever concerned about the install and I felt comfortable leaving them to do their job. They are on par with pricing of any reputable quality competitor. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Great value for services, Very professional and knowledgable. Called Dwayne at 9am with furnace blower issues and he was able to get it working as it should on the same day, BEFOR lunchtime!!!Highly recommend Element HVAC

We hired Element Heating & AC to help install some Nest products we had recently purchased (lock, doorbell camera and thermostat). We were extremely happy with the service provided. Dwayne was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He really went above and beyond. Dwayne is fantastic! I initially contacted Dwayne after working with several companies who could not fix a problem I had related to my thermostat. Dwayne responded the same night and was able to fix the issue, and he has maintained this level of service through subsequent calls for different issues. Dwayne was able to provide education and displayed a significant level of knowledge about various heating and cooling systems. I ended up deciding to replace my furnace knowing that my furnace was old, and it was time and I did not feel the slightest bit of sales pressure during this process. I had a new HVAC system installed. Dwayne was really fantastic to work with - it was a major install that I knew would need to happen when I bought the house and he worked with me all along the way.
